Recipe: Gluten Free & Dairy Free Pumpkin Crumb Cake

Hey Everyone! Happy Thursday! It's almost the weekend, woo hoo! I hope you all are having a great week! I wanted to stop in and share a delicious Fall baked good with you, one that I found on Pinterest and it turned out really well. This is a gluten-free and dairy-free Pumpkin crumb cake. The cake is very moist but is also light when you eat a piece or take a bite. It definitely makes the house smell amazing with the pumpkin and cinnamon baking and the best part is there is no gluten or dairy!

This is a great recipe for a Fall gathering or to take to Thanksgiving even it is such a great recipe and we really enjoyed it. I hope you do as well!

Here is the recipe:

-1/4 cup of sugar
-1 cup of organic pumpkin
-4 eggs
-1 cup of almond flour

Recipe: Trader Joe's Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins

Happy Wednesday! I hope you are all having a great week! In the season of everything pumpkin, I wanted to share an amazing gluten free pumpkin bread mix that I recently purchased at Trader Joe's. It's funny, I had several people message me asking me for the pumpkin muffin recipe from my blog post picture on social media earlier in the week and I told them I would post it, but surprise!! It's the easiest recipe ever, and from a box haha!

Normally, I love baking things from scratch- it's that excitement and thrill of trying something new and creating something homemade that makes it wonderful; however, every once in a while I will try a box to see what it tastes like or for something new. In this case, I am glad I purchased this box because I will be going back for more. You can make muffins or bread out of this mixture. I sprinkled cinnamon on top to give it more of a cinnamon taste when you bite in and I love how good these are! Happy Fall, Happy Pumpkin Recipe, and Happy Baking :) Enjoy the easiest recipe I will ever post haha :) xo

Here is what the packaging looks like so you can look for it:

Trader Joe's Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mix is easy to make (add egg, oil & water, mix, and bake), and even easier to eat.

Home Decor: Fall Kitchen Details

Hi everyone! Happy Monday, what a great weekend it was. Reed and I had a great relaxing weekend that started with scary movies and dinner at home on Friday, which was so nice. On Saturday, it was a productive day of getting things done and then we had Fall family pictures that evening followed by a date night out :) Sunday was wonderful as well with my parents in town for a few days, which is always great! A good weekend is so good for the soul!

Sometimes less is more when it comes to decorating and especially in the kitchen. I wanted to add a little color to the kitchen area but also keep the fall and pumpkin decor going throughout the house. I purchased these solid orange and also blue&white linen napkins last year from Target in the dollar section (score!) and I placed them with a charcoal charger to give the bar area of the kitchen some color. To keep it going with the pumpkin decor I placed a simple white pumpkin at the end of each napkin for a little fall touch.

As you know, it always comes down to the details for me. Small details go a long way! :) I hope this post inspires you to create your own Fall Kitchen details in your own home. Have a great day! xo
